This BMS171732E cascade multiswitch apply 16 satellite TV IF and 1 terrestrial IF SMATV system. It is ideal solution for Hotel satellite TV program and CCTV monitor system. We design this type multiswitch with circuit amplifier function to conpensate signal loss. It is a kind of switch that operates in 950-2150 MHz frequency range (or even to up to 2400 MHz). Connection of terrestrial TV signals (46 to 862MHz) is also possible. All the signals are separated at the outputs of subscribers' outlets.
There are multiswitches with:
• 4 inputs (possibility of reception of all programs from one satellite),
• 8 inputs (possibility of reception of all programs from two satellites)
• 12 inputs (possibility of reception of all programs from three satellites)
• 16 inputs (possibility of reception of all programs from four satellites

Notice:
LOCATION
• Locate the multiswitch indoors. Do not expose it to rain and direct solar radiation. Fix it to the wall by using suitable screws.
• Ensure a free space of 20 cm (7.8 inch) on each side of the unit, upwards a clearance at least 50 cm (19.7 inch).
• Choose an installation place where there is a possibility in case of emergency to get to mains plug and remove it out of the outlet.
SAFETY
• Do not open the multiswitch; otherwise there is a shock hazard.
• Be sure with sufficient earthing of the aerials and aerial feeds.
CONNECTON
• Take care not to make short-circuits when mounting the F-connectors on the cables.
• Identify the down-lead cables from the LNB. Then interconnect the input marked 12V to the LNB output Vertical. Interconnect the input marked 18V to the LNB output Hori-zontal. In-terconnect the input marked 0kHz to the LNB output Low. Interconnect the input marked 22kHz to the LNB output High.
• Before connecting the input and output coaxial cables, disconnect from the mains the mul-tiswitch as well as the receivers and TV sets.
• In case of short-circuit of an antenna cable, electric power supply of the cable is automa-tically turned off and an alarm buzzer sounds (except in MS-0504 and MS-0508 models).Disconnect the multiswitch from the mains at least for 1 minute and remedy short-circuit of the connector.
• Not connected outputs of the multiswitch should be terminated with 75Ω terminations.
• Input signal levels may be levelled with the existing variable attenuators. This work requi-res an appropriate SAT-TV analyzer.
• MS-09xx and MS-17xx multiswitches have a built-in 22 kHz generator which makes possi-ble to send, through the miniature switchs on the unit, the command "22kHz" to selected SAT inputs, for High Band continuously.
• Active and passive mode of terrestrial band can be selected by the switchs or potentiome-ter. The return path is available in the passivemode.The applicable European Standards and national requirements to ensure electrical security have to be obeyed. Likewise natio-nal standards and requirements for radio and TV receiving installations.
