Our company is processing a conventional, PTH or multilayer circuit and bonding it to a fully machined heat sink / grounding plate.
We can process materials that have either aluminium, copper or brass backing ranging in thickness from 0.4mm to 10mm. Circuits can also be made from any of the available microwave laminates and post bonded to pre-fabricated metal structures using either electrically conductive or non-conductive sheet adhesives.
