Lifecasting silicone rubber is easy to use and cures quickly. It reproduces fine detail and could makes an excellent mold for any body part.

This silicone is also suited for use with confectionery, speciality foods and is safe for contact with skin for life castings. Detailed reproduction of figures, art objects and similar items. Suitable for use with polyurethane resins, polyester resin, acrylic resin, plaster, cement and waxes.

There is the steps how to make a life casting share to you.

1.Make a silicone mould

Firstly,you should choose an original mould,could be your own body ,finger,or the mould your customer need , it is just depend on you.Then take some Lifecasting silicone rubber(the weight is depend the size of your original mould )with Platinum catalyst(Nontoxic),and stiring them evenly.

After, could use a brush to brush the silicone to original mould evenly,about the thickness , 2-5 mm is OK.10 minuite later could demould.

2.Use the silicone mould to produce your products.

After finish the silicone mould, brush some release agent on silicone mould. Take silicone rubber (with skin color) ,and add Platinum catalyst ,then stiring evenly. Pouring it to the silicone mould ,20 minutes later,could demould and have finish your perfect product.
