VA-M series AC spindle servo drives are superior quality servo drives for AC induction motor. This AC spindle servo drive enables position control, speed control and torque control, can satisfy the needs of a variety of machine tool spindle control.
To meet the requirements of application in machine tool spindle drive industry, VA-M series dedicated servo drive for spindle has the following characteristics:
1. spindle specific features, including speed control, stop positioning, rigid tapping, etc;
2. line driver encoder feedback interface with high-speed and immunity design, high speed pulse input interface, divider output interface;
3. high precision analog input interface with positive and negative bipolar, resolution is up to 15 bit;
4. full closed loop vector control, speed range is up to 1:5000, the location accuracy is up to ±1 Pulse.
